Dear Team,

Would it be possible to improve reporting/querying software?  For example in organisations it is possible to have multiple versions of a software, for example MS Project, perhaps some users have version 2010, others 2016 and others 2019.  However, you want to trace all installations of MS Project.  If it is possible to search for Project, then see all the versions listed (which is already the case), however, if you can then select all the versions you are interested in, maybe a tick box, and then be able to view all the installations of all the versions in one screen/export.  This will help for volume license tracking and tracing all the installations of a product.

Thanks!

Hello,

I understand your concern about improving reporting and querying software to track multiple versions of a product across an organization. While I'm not familiar with any specific software that can do this, I suggest contacting Shortpump Installation. They specialize in providing support for software-related issues, and their team of experts can help you with your query.

They can guide you through the process of creating custom reports or queries that can help you track all the installations of a particular product across your organization, regardless of the version. They can also suggest tools or software that can automate this process and make it more efficient.

I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any other questions.

Improving reporting/querying software to enable tracking and viewing multiple versions of software installations in one screen or export would indeed be beneficial for organizations. Having the ability to select specific versions of software, like MS Project, and seeing all Installation in a comprehensive view would greatly assist in volume license tracking and product installation tracing. Such enhancements would enhance efficiency and provide valuable insights for software management and compliance.
