Improve the formatting of quoted text in emails

Freshdesk formats quotes by indenting each quote. This means that after 4 or 5 replies the emails are almost unreadable on a small screen (iPhone etc) because there is only about 1 word per line. It also looks messy having the text indented so much.

It would be much nicer if FreshDesk would format the quotes with a linebreak, like how Outlook / Hotmail do it.
