Improved Jira integration

Have it so the Jira integration doesn't add all comments as one person, usually me in Jira. Add support for the Freshservice Project module into the Jira integration. Managing projects in Jira through the Fresh project interface would be great. Include the project module in the Freshservice mobile app.
