Currently the Freddy AI Thank You detector only works on words but it would be useful if it detected emoticons as a lot of our replies from Requesters after resolving a tickets is 👍 or 🙂 as well as others, all of which reopen the ticket.
Working similar to the Thank You detector, if the reply just contains an emoticon the ticket should not be reopened.
