we have a customer in Thailand who uses Freshservice ITSM tool. Incident data is stored in Thai Language. To integrate Fresh service ITSM tool with our AIOPs tool incidents and other details which are on “THAI language” needs to converted to English, so as the data can be fed into our automation platform.
Meaning:- Current Incidents data export option to English availability
