Include formatting in Jira comments
I'm just testing freshdesk but it looks to do almost everything we need. I did notice though that formatting is not being copied to Jira for some reason. This could potentially be a big problem for us as our users like to format their tickets and I'd rather not have to manually copy-paste more complex tickets
I have just completed Jira integration and the same issue was immediately evident. Given that this topic was started a year ago it's disappointing to see that it hasn't been addressed.
My developers HATE when we create JIRA tickets because they're so impossible to read due to the crazy Freshkdesk formatting. Can this be fixed??
