“I can understand and emphatize with your situation here but unfortunately this limit of 150 items is the default product behavior in Freshdesk at the moment”
We as a company have 1000’s of products and want this system to enable us to report effectively by product, but are limited to 150 product uploads at a time (this has taken weeks to upload and still only 50% of the way through). This is just crazy! We have asked to have this increased but Freshdesk wont do so, they have suggested we start a topic to see if this is feasible. Is anyone else limited by this software for their company trying to get the best out of it for your business?
