We would love to see an option in the ticket description editor for an inline code snippets.
I can see it here in the community portal editor
So, I can put some code (def function(x)) here, for example.
But nothing like this in our helpdesk editor:
It would be great if you enable that. Otherwise, we need to use italics and bolds which is not elegant and could be also misleading.
