Can you consider enabling users to add videos on freshdesk itself without embedding codes via youtube link?
Or, enabling users to add codes to the software itself from the customer end so that we can post videos on freshdesk?
Posting videos via Youtube link only may cause a security issue for us company that opens freshdesk platform to the private audience only.
