Instagram integration DMs to Freshdesk

Freshworks does have an integration with Instagram present on our Marketplace today, did you have a chance to take a look at this? It’s primarily tied to the Freshdesk platform, let us know if this helps.

Yes, I’ve seen, but from the description it seems only be related to comments and replies and not DMs?!

We have a customer who asks for Instagram DM integration in Freshdesk, but it is not available for the time being.

This discussion has been raised on a Support ticket ID: 12110775 as Feature Requests with Freshdesk team and we were suggested to raise this discussion on the Community Forum that display a case might be related to other global customers/ users of Freshworks so these features can be possibly determined in the future product roadmap. And I’ve done for the upvote.

Just came from other helpdesk and Wow, I didn’t realize freshworks still don’t have Instagram’s native intagration, especially in a moment that this social media is the most important for a lot of business. 😦

Please, we need to be able to talk to our costumers that are on instagram. 

How can we make this happen as soon as possible?

But due to this unavailability our customer decided to stop the subscription. Hopefully in the future this will be accommodated.
