Integrate with 17Hats?

Hi there - Just wondering if there are any plans to integrate with 17Hats?


I just set up an account with them, and I can see where Freshdesk would be a perfect fit for their workflow management system.

What kind of information from Freshdesk would you want to view in your 17Hats workflow.

Is there a need to only create a Wokflow event based on a Freshdesk ticket or updates to a Freshdesk ticket also need to be made from 17Hats.


It might also help if you raise a parallel request with 17Hats for features that you would want to see inside 17Hats.
