Hello, Can someone integrate Freshdesk CRM with Mercado Libre Mexico?

I want to be able to attend customer questions directly from Freshdesk, just like Facebook connects with Freshdesk to avoid using Facebook directly when connecting with customers through chat or inbox messages.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We had a look at the API suite and it looks comprehensive. We have put it in our customer request queue. The use case I believe is to allow viewing customer details from Mercado next to Freshdesk tickets or there are other requirements.
