Integration Request - Wrike

IS there any timeframe for this integration? I'm really looking foward on it

We are also very interested in this integration. We use Wrike for internal task management and so being able to send helpdesk tickets into Wrike as a new task would be a HUGE help.

Unfortunately, we don't have the integration available at the moment. I'll consult with the team and see if I can get hold of an ETA for this. Meanwhile, this Zapier integration might serve as a stop-gap solution for most of the cases. Just give it a try and see how it holds up.

+1 . We would also like to see a Wrike <> Freshdesk integration so that tickets and tasks could be kept in sync.  (like the Wrie <> Jira Unito integration.

@aravind, I was able to review the Zapier integration and while it works, the scanning interval occasionally does not catch the description which will cause the task to fail. A direct integration from within Freshservice to pull in Wrike tasks would be ideal, plus you would be able to update any linked tasks. I would like to base this on a specific workflow item which comes across in the Custom Status ID field.

We're using Freshdesk and Wrike - an intergration would be very nice. Since we're a company located in Germany we decided to use the EU datacenter of Wrike which makes this a little bit more compley maybe. The integrations offered by wrike are far too expensive.
