There' an integration that seems to work pretty well with JIRA. One of the things I'm looking to do is show similar dashboard data that is in Freshdesk in our Confluence instance. Is anyone looking at how to do this?

Integration with Confluence
I'm trying to do this as well. It would really help us project manage our support tickets (Freshdesk) with internal tickets (Jira) on the same dashboard (Confluence). I've been able to use the "HTTP Include" macro in Confluence to include a saved search (Everything new for Customer X). The embedded frame takes me to a login screen for Freshdesk, which is where I'm stuck. I'll be looking into how to pass user creds from Confluence to Freshdesk (preferably without having to purchase another plugin).
I would also like Confluence support as we use it for an internal knowledgebase. Being able to link those articles to helpdesk tickets would be immensely helpful.

Have you had a chance to look at developers.freshdesk.com? You will be able to build an app to connect Freshdesk with confluence and get the data into Freshdesk. If you have any technical issues, please reach out to marketplace-support@freshdesk.com
