Integration with Dropbox and/or Box

Thank you for the quick response. I have now integrated Dropbox into our Freshdesk installation.

Am I being too optimistic to ask if integration with BOX might be on the near horizon, because BOX has useful functionality that is not available on Dropbox. For example, it would be great to be able to link a Freshdesk forum entry or a ticket to Box tasks and to be able to attach and/or sync files between Box and Freshdesk to avail of BOX file version management.

I am really sorry that we do not have it planned for the immediate future. But I have passed this onto our development team and we have it on our hot checklist. 

I will keep you updated as soon as we get working on it. Thank you for your suggestion and please bring on more such amazing feature requests.
