Weeks away from MINT being forced upon us, and still no Github app?

Can we get an update on an ETA for this feature!

So we got forced to the new Mint and now no Github integration. What are you guys thinking here? Taking away valuable features is not a way to get happy customers. Please provide an update on when this feature will be re-implemented.

The integration between Freshdesk and Github is a critical part of our workflow. Please advise how to achieve this with Mint?

We have the same problem. I've been assured by Freshdesk customer support that the new Github integration will be available in February 2019.

In the meantime they have reverted us to the old UI until the integration is ready.

@Stuartwe had that until 31 January. Have they reverted you to the old UI after 31 January?

@Joshua yes, they reverted our account back to the old UI today (5th Feb 2019).

I just had to clear all freshdesk.com cookies then I was back on the old UI.

Others on the team had to click their profile icon, go to profile settings and select the option to go back to the old UI.

Any news on this?

If we don't get a solution quickly we will have to move to a different helpdesk solution!

There's a 3rd party git integration for Mint available now. Has anyone tried to get it installed? I keep running into errors and freshdesk support has pointed me to the 3rd party who has so far been non-responsive. 

I'm getting a webhooks unable to be registered error - anyone got a way around this?

We ended up not moving forward with it. The new app wants way too much access to the code and the company has no privacy policy. There was a comment here about the same thing but was just removed it appears. I got an email notification on it.
