Integration with Harvest

We are using Harvest to track our hours. It would be great that Freshdesk will be available on Harvest. I will ask Harvest to do the same with Freshdesk by the way :)

Thanks for this post. We were looking into Integration with Harvest. We will discuss further on How soon we can bring this.

Also, what would be your scenario for integration ? If you can share some more information on this, it would be helpful

This would be nice for us as well.  Would love to be able to select a Harvest project and task from within freshdesk and enter time from within a ticket.

There is an issue where the time entry get registered in the previous day in Harvest.


For example I log time time in FD for Dec 30 -> The time entry in Harvest is recorded in Dec 29.
