Is is possible to produce the same level of integration with Insightly CRM as you have for Capsule and Zoho?

We have a freshplug that can now show contact information (name, mail id, organization) of your leads right inside the ticket view from Insightly.. Agents can not only see the contact details but track tasks associated with each leads and its status and priority.

That looks to be very exciting!  It says "not compatible with Old Look" ... what does that mean?

We've recently launched the new UI experience named "MINT" and this app is compatible only with the MINT interface.

The integration is available only on the new "MINT" interface and not compatible with the old UI.

I have already connected to Insightly and now I would like to add a ticket with a contact from our Insightly account.
