Our company uses Litmos as our learning management system. It would be extremely helpful to our customers if Litmos and Freshdesk had an integration, so that we could easily include modules (videos, primarily) from Litmos into Freshdesk.
(Zendesk already has an integration with Litmos in place, for what it's worth.)

Here is a brief introduction on what you can do with Litmos integration in Freshdesk.
Using the Litmus Training widget, as an agent, you can search for a particular course from the available course entries. You can also browse through the course list and assign one or more courses to the users. Apart from that, you can also track the progress of each assigned course through the widget.
