Integration with Magento

Hello, even with Desk.com you can integrate with Magento using Zapier....any news about that? I did a trial with Freshdesk and like it, but integration with Magento could be essential for e-commerce help desk. Let us know :-)

Itegration with Magento woulde be a game changer for us. We need it!

Integration with Magento is definitely in our roadmap, and something high on our priority. We'll keep you posted in the coming days once we have clarity on when we plan to get this integration out.

Can you share with us when the release for Magento integration should take place?  This would solidify our continued usage.

Do you have any news about when you schedule to have it released? Zendesk released a new integration module with Magento (the former was developed by a third party and had some problems, at least with Magento EE) so if this one works well they will take more and more Magento clients ;-), what about you? 

Has there been any progress with this?  We are looking to transition from Desk.com to Freshdesk and an integration with Magento would guarantee our switch!

Definitely agree with Airica. I've tested a few heldesk/customer support software and found Freshdesk one of the best option with the right mix of features/easy of use/cost 

I'm a trainer and make speech at e-commerce courses in Italy and I'd like to promote Freshdesk as a viable solution for small-medium sized company in Italy :-) but most of these companies use Magento CE (and a few magento EE) and the integration plug in is definitely a must

Extremely sorry for the long delay in updates. Integration with Magento is in our roadmap. We were working on it but we had some trouble mid-way. So our Dev team is working on it all over again. I'll keep you guys posted on any updates. Sorry again for the delay.

I accidentally came across inside, and after looking through their site www.inside.tm, it morphs a business website into a virtual storefront so business personnel can see and help their site visitors in real-time using chat.

 any news on this? we are about to launch a mayor magento website and would love to have freshdesk on it..

We understand that the Magento Integration is important to you guys. We are currently working on it and we will be rolling out the integration in the first quarter of 2014. Will send out an another update once the integration is launched. Thanks !

Hopefully the roadmap ETA this time will be an accurate one. You have a good product but such delays does not earn credibility. 

I am starting a new magento store in 1Q2014 and is planning subscribe to your higher plans. If the delays persist, I'll just move to Zen.

i'm not sure what is the delay as the demand has been here for almost a year. Zendesk has SSO and it's working well, the only matter is the pricing. I'm on the same page as moshi...if there's no solution by january i have to go for zen for the new store. Can't wait that long already.
