Integration with Magento

With regard to Magento integration, can Freshdesk look into working with or providing similar functionality to Product Questions by Aheadworks. This is an incredibly useful app that Freshdesk would by wise to use as an example.

The integration of Zendesk is not sufficient for me. The feedback tab is very useful. But, it's impossible to check the history of tickets on account page.

I've started this topic 1 year ago. Last news was that the Magento Integration should be available by 1 qt 2014. Only one month is left....can we hope to REALLY have something by that deadline? 

Doesn't look like this is going to get done - a shame because freshdesk seems to be what I'm looking for vs all the alternatives.  Even a 'use Magento customer database login' would be enough for me to heavily consider over other services!

Hello all, we are indeed working on a Magento integration and hope to have it out soon. We were aiming for end of Q1, but it looks like this will spill on to April. We will definitely keep you posted on any updates. Thanks for bearing with us, I really apologize for all the delay.

I Have been watching this thread and waiting, I need the magento integration before I can commit, please get it going soon! There are many, many more people out there than just the few in here.

I'd just like to add my name to the list. This is definitely a feature that would be deal breaker for us as most other solutions we've looked integrate with Magento.

Hopefully it will be available around April time as you've mentioned.

Yeah, sorry guys. Unfortunately we've had to move to a competitor as this feature is essential to our retail business. Your ETAs are way off.

does freshdesk intergrate with any ecommerce platform? I know Magento is still in the works. We are in the process of deciding on a help desk and ecommerce platform.

 We have submitted our App to the magento store and are waiting for their approval. We will get back to you once we know more.

Once you download and install, you will see a Freshdesk tab in your Magento Admin. Solutions articles will soon be available on our portal.
