Integration with Nimble CRM

I think Freshdesk will need to have integrations with Netsuite and SFDC to really take off. However, Nimble is my new favorite on the block and an integration there would make a TON of sense for Freshdesk. Especially considering SFDC will likely push the Desk product.

I think the Nimble target market much more closely aligns with Freshdesk's target market.

We are already working on SFDC integration and will be available in a few weeks time. Almost completed but just in testing phase
