Thank you for your suggestion. We don't have this integration in our plans. We will definitely consider implementing if few more people vote for it.

Did you try Freshplugs + Webhooks for Push/Pull of data To/Fro Nutshell and Freshdesk ?

I know its a bit of work involved here, but considering the requirement and a ready-made solution might take some time.

Hey Luke I'm glad your in my boat.


The problem is that Nutshell are very hush hush, so if we wan to to get anywhere its a case of SHOUTING for them. They (Nutshell) might have a brilliant CRM to offer, but they're right wimps when it comes to integrating outside of their bubble.

Our company just started using Nutshell and now we are looking at a Support application. This would be a PERFECT integration idea. Nutshell already has Zendesk integration. So I think they would be open to Freshdesk.
