Integration with Slack

Hi!


Do you have any plans on integrating Freshdesk with Slack? What I would be interested in is to have notifications about new tickets and ticket state changes pushed to a specific channel from which you can open it in Freshdesk. I saw another feature request open about notifications however there were no mention about Slack there.

We have completed most of the development in line with our integration with Slack.. Will go live by end of the month.. More as we make progress..

Just want to add a +1 here. We're considering a move from Zendesk to Freshservice and Slack integration is pretty key for us. Looking forward to seeing what y'all release. Cheers

You're in the wrong forums. Freshservice forums are over here. :)


Right now, you can use Zapier to integrate Slack with Freshservice. We are also looking at a native integration. I will keep you informed.

I hope it will be live soon :) We are reaching second week and it been rescheduled for two months now.

We're either past or in the second week.  Any word?  We've just migrated from HipChat to Slack, so we're going without updates in our channels that we've gotten used to.
