We have completed most of the development in line with our integration with Slack.. Will go live by end of the month.. More as we make progress..

Just want to add a +1 here. We're considering a move from Zendesk to Freshservice and Slack integration is pretty key for us. Looking forward to seeing what y'all release. Cheers

Right now, you can use Zapier to integrate Slack with Freshservice. We are also looking at a native integration. I will keep you informed.

Slack integration would go live by 2nd week of Jan 2015.

I hope it will be live soon :) We are reaching second week and it been rescheduled for two months now.

We're either past or in the second week.  Any word?  We've just migrated from HipChat to Slack, so we're going without updates in our channels that we've gotten used to.

Would love to see this integration come to life, can you share what capabilities it will have? Would love to be able to notify specific people on Slack about new tickets on Freshdesk.
