Please consider integrating with the Solve360 CRM, which has a similar market as Capsule. It also syncs with Google Contacts, which ties the contact universe together nicely.

Integration with Solve360
I agree with Kyle. This lack of integration pathways with solve360 is holding me back from Freshdesk, leaning me towards Zendesk (despite Freshdesk being much better after my short evaluation). Would be great to get some feedback on this request.
We now have an integration with solve360 in the form of a freshplug. We will publish the use case along with solution article soon..
That's good news. Can you give any indication when this is likely to be available and what functions it will have? Waiting for integration before fully signing up with Fresh Desk.

The plugin works well enough in my quick evaluation. Now I need to create or ask for one on the solve360 side which would be much for useful for me. In solve360 it would be good to see recent tickets in contact activities.
