Would love a native connector in Tableau that would allow me to connect to my FreshDesk data for building our own dashboards.

Hi Thierry,


Although the native integration with Tableau isn't available , we had recently rolled out the Ticket properties export feature for plans starting from Estate. This will provide you an API endpoint where the required ticket data can be fetched at regular intervals. You could feed this API URL in any of the BI tools ( Tableau , Argo , etc ) to build your own set of dashboards.
