iOS badges
I would like it if the app could show a badge on the icon with the number of unresolved tickets. The current notification options are ok but that would be far more useful; similar to most email apps that show a badge for the number of unread messages.

You can make use of the iOS app and add the Freshdesk widget:
The widget will show you the count of tickets that are:
- overdue,
- on hold,
- unresolved,
- due today,
- open, and
- unassigned
across all the groups that you're in. You can also add the widget to the “Today view”.
