Item Comment, Ordered List and Indentation

This idea is related to an Item and it's Comments section.  When utilizing the Ordered List functionality, there is no way to change the ordered lists indentation and logic to numbering.  

For example, I want to change the indentation location of #2 below to the left since it's a primary bullet, not a sub-bullet.
