JIRA App - Freshdesk must not delete JIRA Tickets

Hello,


i tried to link the JIRA-App with our JIRA. Works fine so far. But after linking a Freshdesk Ticket to a JIRA Issue the JIRA Issue can be deleted from Freshdesk. 

How can i prevent this? I do not want Freshdesk-Users delete any JIRA Issues! Thanks in advance!

There should be a toggle in the JIRA app settings that can remove this function. If I don't let agents in JIRA delete tickets, why would I let them in Freshdesk?

@Chris We've released a new version of the JIRA integration that lets you control over the access to the JIRA issues from Freshdesk. You can define agent roles and restrict them from deleting the JIRA issues from now on. You can install the integration from here. Give it a spin and let us know how you like it :)
