Whenever we try to create a new Issue using the Atlassian Jira app, a blak screen appears on the right side of the page, but nothing happens. We are unable to create a new Jira.
We have an account linked in the Jira app settings and it should have all the necessary rights. Any idea's what is going wrong?

Atlassian recently deprecated the old method of using email address and password for authentication and they insist on using API tokens as an alternative. Have you already created the API token and integrated Freshdesk using the email:token combination?
