Hello,
We recently just started using the freshdesk to Jira Atlassian Plus integration. One thing we've noticed is that any comments added to tickets in either freshdesk or Jira sync to the other tool as comments from the Admin User we used to configure the integration and not the actual user that added the comment. Is there a way to make comments show under the user that created them vs the admin account to setup the integration?

Philip actually added the comment but it shows Becky (admin) as the creator; same in Freshdesk.
