Jira Plus APP can't choose Assignee

I have to change from the JIRA pluggin because of JIRA update, blocking user/pass authentication, so i have to install JIRA Plus app for the integration between both FD and JIRA.
I can link tickets and create issues, but i can't choose the assignee, the only option available is Unassigned. I'm using the same JIRA admin account, and freshdesk administrator account, i used for the other plugin and didn't have this issue.

I have the exact same issue. With the difference that we have a different Freshdesk Admin Account. Still the same Jira Account though.

I am also having this same issue.  A couple of weeks ago the names available to be assigned were displayed; however, now its just a giant list of Unassigned and we "hope" we are picking the right one when setting up.  We are using the same admin account for both Freshdesk and Jira Plus; we are also seeing that the tickets that come across show the person whos account we used for the integration instead of the actual user from Freshdesk or Jira that created/commented on the ticket so that admin is getting spammed with alot of unnecessary emails.

Please check the JIRA app setting, if user email visibility is public. Unless that's made public, the integration will not be able to pick up the user information from Jira.

When this information is not available, we add the comment under one of the account admin's name. To update the user email visibility : Go to Jira home -> Settings -> System -> General configuration. Click on Edit settings and update user email visibility to public.
