Jira plus plugin installation error.

Trying to install JIRA plus plugin into our Freshdesk.

The installation is giving me the following error:
Webhook Registration failed! You do not have permission to create Webhook

Where should I get necessary permissions from exactly?

I just went through this Alex, the Webhook permissions need to be granted on the Jira side.  Freshdesk says this in their instructions:

"This will create a new webhook in JIRA which should let the sync work."


The next issue I had was that the Jira user had to be a global administrator to create the webhook (I found this reference https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Webhook-register-permissions/qaq-p/937584).  So I promoted them to global, then revoked the global privilege once the webhook had been created.  I believe that the linked Jira user only needs regular jira-developers permissions, ie create/update/close issues.
