Is there any updates on the integration with Jira in the matter of Sprint and Epic? I mean, in this topic (308465) there's a comment referring to this but only assignee field was added since then. It would be really helpful to add the sprint and epic directly from Freshdesk ticket. Or someone got another way to do that?

Good day! Apologies for getting back to you late.
You would now be able to make use of the Sprint and Epic fields using the "Atlassian Jira plus" app. These fields could be selected in the settings page of the app while you integrate the app.
