For our onboarding journey, we need to be able to select service catalog items for the new hire. Example a desktop or laptop bundle. Right now it only allows that to happen, once a ticket is created and an agent makes the selection. In order to get around this we had to create a dropdown field that gives them the choice of bundles, but it would make more sense to be able to select right from the start from the service catalog - more so if other items as software, printers etc. are needed.
