There needs to be an update on the attachments for Journeys. It only accepts PDF, JPEG, PNG and TXT, but it also allows you to take a photo using your own phone, and most phones have a default setting that makes the photo JPG, a format not allowed. It’s baffling how something like that gets rolled out.
Not even mentioning other files like doc ou excel. Please see to fix this, otherwise the module is just a trap for anyone trying to implement or sell Freshservice ESM.
