Can the Kanban board app be modified to work correctly?
The Kanban board is useless if the user must scroll through 7 pages.
There should only be one instance of each column.

+7YES!!! I want so badly to use this feature, but its impractical.
It also needs more options. Mainly when an agent clicks on a ticket in the Kanban view, instead of just "edit", the options should be the same as the normal ticket view, namely:

Forward Close
Merge
Delete
Or perhaps just open the normal ticket view in one go?
