I’m using the board functionality regarding incidents - I know its a Beta version - but I would think the functionality should be more or less the same as the Listing method - regarding incident managenemt.
The opportunity to update/reply on an incident disapears after one has completet the first respons on an incident. Even though the incident isn’t closed yet. This is still an option if you use the “Listing” funtionality for incident.
My idea here is to keep these options open as long as an incident is not resolved or closed.

When I answer an incident for the first time from within the incident in the board - I have these options

These options disapear after the first answer, so I can’t update the incident from within the board anymore - if I go to Listing i stead of Board I still have the options.
