When scanning a CI using the bar code scanner with the mobile app, it will update the "Last Audit Date" field if the CI exists and has a matching asset number. That is great, however, the windows agent also updates the "Last Audit Date" field when it reports in. This makes the bar code scanning only semi-useful for physical inventory purposes.
My thought would be to add a "Last Inventory Date" field to CIs and have the mobile app update that field instead of the "Last Audit Date" field when scanned using the bar code scanner.
