Last Logged In Date for Agents

We are seeing issues, what are the refresh intervals???

The "Last logged" time will refresh/update only when the agent logs out and ends the currently active session.

So, if a new agent logs in and never logs out, he will be shown as "Never Logged In".

Seems like very odd functionality, but at least I understand it.  Usually, logins timeout or are considered 'closed' after a certain period so that the last logged in reflects (somewhat) accurately.  You could, in this scenario, have an active agent for a year that still would show never logged in.

 Are there any plans to change this functionality? As it is now, it is not very useful.

I'm a bit surprised there has not been more discussion about this issue.

I try to get people to remember to log out, but it's not easy for them to remember this, especially when they're using multiple different services which don't have such a requirement. Clearly the system must know that someone has logged in, I don't understand why this can't just be logged at that time rather than waiting until logout.

I am having to come up with workarounds involving pulling access logs from the SSO provider.
