It's the 1st of the month and I want to check how my teams had done on the previous month to offer some sort of reward scheme based on their leaderboard stats... alas, there is no way to check previous months stats!
Is there any specific reason this is the case? Will something be put in place in the future?

I completely agree with you. Although leaderboard is reset every month, retaining previous month leaderboard will help admins revisit and compare agent's performance. Development is in progress for displaying last 3 months scores. This will be rolled out by December.

You can also see the scores and top performers for each group by altering "Showing - All Agent" select-box.
