Let users play a mini-game while they wait for an agent to reply

Instant response time is something all of us strive for, but that is very difficult to meet when interacting with human agents. 


As a chat queue increases, the response time increases and our customers start seeing messages like "Replying in under 2 minutes" or "Replying in under 35 minutes"


While our customer is waiting for an agent to reply, can we allow our agents to play a small mini-game that can keep them engaged.

Interesting idea! Something like a quick mini-game could definitely help agents stay sharp and reduce burnout during long queue times. A lightweight game like Dr. Driving could work well  it’s simple, doesn’t require heavy focus, and could even help refresh their minds between chats. Just need to make sure it doesn’t become a distraction when the response time matters.

This would be an awful idea IMO.  Many organisations would think that if their employee is playing a game while waiting for a chat to respond then they’re not being very efficient with their time.

This for supporting the general public would be ok, but not b2b
