As a company administrator of FreshDesk, I am not using the product for day-to-day operations.
A company administrator should not be accounted for a full licencse fee. - Please review.

+3I’m not against it but I wonder what level of access you would want this license level to have. Personally, I am both a day-to-day agent as well as an administrator so I don’t have the need, but I wonder how you would properly QA/QC your workflows, business rules etc. without having Agent level access.
Alternatively, if you only need to log in a few times a month, you could set yourself as an Occasional Agent and save some $?
