Liking a Feature Request & submitting on behalf of the user

Liking a feature request isn't intuitive at all.  Suggest adding a "Yes" or Thumbs up icon instead.


Also...it would be great if an agent could submit a ticket on behalf of the user.

Being able to submit a feature request on behalf of a user (just like submitting a ticket on behalf of a user) would be great.  Currently, if we get permission from a user to put the contents of a ticket into the feature request forum (if applicable), the only way to do it is to assume their identity, which can be time consuming.  Being able to just add a requester would be great.

The Convert Topic to Ticket option is available on all topics . You could also setup automatic ticket creation for new topics added to specific forums.
