Limit number of Likes

When discussing a feature people can click Like. It seems that each user has an unlimited number of these likes.
The one thing I like dig UserVoice.com is that they limit the amount of Likes per user. That way users really have to think and make sure they distribute their Likes on the important stuff instead of light-heartedly liking everything.

How about making this an option in the Admin interface.

Over the years, we've made some significant improvements in the forum module. The Like option would be available only for logged in users. An user who has voted in a topic can unlike the idea but cannot add duplicate votes - so an user can add only one vote for a topic.
