To eliminate confusion for customer I would like the logo to link back to the home site where the customer came from (e.g. logo on http://support.revobackup.com to point back to http://www.revobackup.com)

Hi Stefan

Thanks for raising this feature. We are working on this and We will provide customization in the Top Left corner, in such a way that, when user clicks on "Logo", it will take him back to any Website (Customizable) and Text will take him back to "Support Home page". Will this be good for users, or do you have any suggestions on this ?

We have implemented this feature under the Admin -->> Helpdesk Rebranding -->> Linkback URL section.
