We can currently easily link to a solution article from a ticket thread or another solution article:
In HTML, the link would be <a href=“https://limbus-ai.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/73000608658”>. I’d like to instead link to a certain section of a solution article. For example, to the effect of this HTML: <a href=“https://limbus-ai.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/73000608658#Event%20Viewer”>.
