It would be great if you can integrate the live chat system to an external service like Slack. I am not always at my computer, but I would love to get notified when someone initiates a chat. That could be a mobile app that you create, or if you are integrated with Slack, then I can just respond through slack to the customer.

Oh yes ... being notified in SLACK that a chat is started would be awesome.... especially knowing that there is not chat support in the freshdesk iOS application
Yep ... all for it we nearly miss all our chat because we lack a proper notification system for chat. And slac' would be a great addition
