Location parent reporting

Make it possible to report on parent location.
If we today select a parent location in a report filter the report doesn’t pick up data from the children locations hence making the parent/child structure almost useless. 

There is another note on this in the question section of this community as well from another user. Thought I would move it here to be able to vote on it.
