+1When adding log times, you one can enter decimal numbers.
It would be very user-friendly if you could also use a comma at this point.
The agent would normally enter processing times using the numeric keypad on the keyboard after all. However, the number block does not contain a "dot", only a "comma".
+8I’m frustrated that time entry is not consistent: in tickets you can enter :30 but in Releases, Tasks and Projects you have to declare the hours so same time would need to be entered as 0:30
I agree flexibility in using decimals would be handy too. But key would be having entry consistent across all of the entry types.
